I am a clinical psychologist specialising in neurodivergence and mental health. I have been working in the private sector since 2012 and previously worked for 18 years within the NHS in a community learning disability team.

I am trained in the assessment of autism and offer assessments to teenagers and adults who think they may be autistic. I am also trained in assessing ADHD in adults.

I offer therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am highly experienced in helping autistic people to reduce overwhelm and burn out. I have particular expertise in working with autistic females who often mask their differences/challenges. As a mental health trained practitioner I am also experienced in working with a range of complex mental health concerns and offer therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, loss etc. I have additional training in EMDR and DBT.

I am committed to supporting and embracing all aspects of neurodiversity and actively promote neuro affirmative practice. Please contact me if you would like more information or would like to make a referral.
