I am an integrative counsellor who focuses on the agenda of the client using a
person-centred approach combined with a psychodynamic element.

In essence this means that we work in the here and now without disregarding
the influences of our past.

I have worked extensively with women and their partners (separately) who
have suffered miscarriage and other baby loss, dealing with termination, as
well as those going through IVF or facing infertility.

I have a particular interest in working with those facing these traumas and
the debilitating anxiety and depression these losses bring, as they often battle
alone.

Going through the unseen and unspoken traumas are often so difficult to deal
with as the outside world expects business as usual.

I believe that when we walk together, we can achieve greater clarity and find
new perspectives.

I have achieved a level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling at Spurgeon’s
College London.
